I am Disgusted. I signed up through the market place, received a letter welcoming me and that I would be receiving my bill shortly. A month and a half later, no bill, called, said we could pay online, paid premium, told us 15 working days and we would receive our packet. I have Stage 3 Rectal Cancer. United Healthcare is attempting to require pre-authorization for pain medication. This isn't unreasonable on the surface, but the fact that it's taking over a week to resolve is unacceptable.
