Autopay issues/coverage termination non stop
When I started UHC in January I set up automatic bill pay. For the first 3 months I had to call UHC because the bill pay was not set up correctly and my monthly premium was not being billed to me. They could not tell me why but each time assured me the issue was fixed. Recently I went to pick up an Rx and find out my coverage was cancelled.
Again the person I spoke to on the phone told me bill pay was not set up correctly. The incompetence of United Health Care's systems are unreal. This time they said the date that some employee set to charge my account was not correct. What??? That doesn't make sense. Why offer the service if it makes more work for everyone?
Communication done over phone so write every detail of the conversation down!
I am glad I do not have a medical emergency or complex health care needs. So frustrating.

Still haven't heard anything from anyone at United Health Care. Horrible! It's been almost 2 months it's obvious it doesn't bother them to lose customers.
