Spent 4 weeks, 20 hours on the phone trying to change PCP. A simple change, same type of doc, same city, same insurance.
Every time I call, I speak to someone new, and they are unable to facilitate my request. Finally thought I had it solved last week, everything changed over, until I got my new card today with the OLD doc as PCP.
I thought COX Communications had the absolute worst customer service in the world, but United Healthcare is even worse. I dread trying to call them again next week to try one more time to change doctors.
