United Healthcare - They just don’t care

I had knee replacement surgery and when I ran out of pain killers that I seriously need they denied me a refill stating that I was 2 days early into getting a refill. I am screaming in pain and they just don’t care. Thanks for all your help

United Healthcare - Pre-approval???

United refised to pay for two mammograms and a blood test ordered by my doctor. They did find something to watch on the mammogram, but since United won't pay, and I can't afford it, I won't be having another one. I'd be better off with just plain Medicare.
