United Care. NEEDS TO UPDATED THERE 1981 COMPUTERS AND HARDWARE

I've have Medicare/Medicaid with United healthcare for 15 yrs nowtheie advantage coverage. I renew my medicaid like every 6 monthes when my foodstamps are renewed. My medicaid is not due to the 8/24 now. Well I was informed my medicaid needs to be updated on 1/24. I tried to explain to them I'm good till 8/24. They will not listen to me so I switched companies and it's the best idea I had. THE NEW COMPANY PULLED UP MY MEDICAID RIGHT UNFRONT TOLD ME ITS G. OOD TILL 8/24 They told me it's families and children's fault for not updating there system thinks its United healthcare that needs to update there 1980 computer system I trust families and children's over United Healthcare

Never thought there was a health insurance with this prudish of coverage! Furthermore for a drug as simple as birth control United healthcare requires that you get an approval every 3 months! There's no way I'm going to my doctor every 3 months for birth control! Ridiculous United healthcare!

when I called to set up a transportation request. It took 5 × 2 try and get them to put in my correct address. But it never happened. the reason why I wanted this done or so the Uber driver. Was reimbursed properly but they seemed to not be able to change my address on the transportation request. And I called them 5 times yesterday to try and get this done and it never happened.

Preferred solution: I want my address corrected. So I don't have to keep calling back to customer service. Did you get it correci? Do that? So that doesn't even seem worth it just.

User's recommendation: Make sure that when you set up a transportation appointment that they have your address correctly stated.

Denied coverage

When I *** the toilet it filled with blood. After a colonoscopy (which was covered by United Healthcare), I'm told that I have polys that need to be removed. Now United Healthcare doesn't want to cover the surgery.

This Drs office on minnewawa in Fresno CA is the worst Drs office I've ever been damned to have to deal with . This office is a big mess of healthcare staff that is lazy rude and a big circus of pass the buck to the next guy constantly unhelpful in every aspect . I cannot believe that it took me three weeks to get 15 pills for my husband to have any pain relief at all from his brain aneurysm post surgical pain. Once my husband was released from the ICU and was referred to uhc for his primary care provider we have had nothing but problems with these people . My husband has suffered thru painful debilitating headaches with blood pressure issues and his life hangs in the balance . And these people don't give a damn if he lives or died. All it takes is his pain level to rise and blood pressure goes too high he can have basil spasms and have another brain bleed or a life threatening stroke and these people are endangering my husband who is suffering from this condition. I am seriously on the *** of suing this place to the fullest extent. Finally after three weeks of calling and going to the office and filing a formal complaint they only gave him 15 pills . I am so disgusted with the service and with being lied to by managers who haven't done anything to help us I'm the least . The office manager is a joke who lies on end every day about calling us back and never contacting the Dr when we need to be in contact with her. They won't even offer to send my call to her voicemail. I cannot believe this outfit is even legal to practice medicine.

The reps you get when you call are all from another company. If they dont understand or your asking more then what they want to answer, they transfer you back into the phone waiting list, or they hang up on you. How do you keep people who only answer phone then hang up on you. Nothing done. You cant get anyone on shore. If you ask you get click.And supervisors are always in a meeting. And only getting worse. Way to go United. Your keeping your customers money by not good quality service helpers!

I want to get some information on out of network providers

Wanted to find out if a in net work provider would be less expensive than a out of network provider but I was told by your representative that the only cost difference was the initial co-pay of $25-$65 so that means that my dermatologist that I used to be with forever I can stay with, and Im not really changing anything. I hope thats right.
