UHC is fine as long as you don't go to the doctor or need a medication. They should be a circus because of the hoops they make you jump through to get a medication shipped or a claim paid.

THEY ARE THE WORST! Arrogant, pushy, scam artists. One day they approve a claim or a prescription, then the next they "have no record" of the phone call and you have to start over. Their behavior is unethical and immoral at best, and probably illegal.

They have had to settle several class-action lawsuits due to their unethical business practices, but they make so much money it does not deter them. Believe NOTHING they say or promise.

Product or Service Mentioned: United Healthcare Medical Claim.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $9700.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Service, Delivery on commitments, Lie told to me, Formulary changes whenever they felt like it, Pattern of rejecting drs requests, Customer help, Wanting to take survey but was hung up on, Failure to honor claims.
