United Health gave me the run around for the first 3 weeks of January 2018. So during that time I had to cover $640.00 for my medication.

I was told I would be reimbursed after they got the paperwork straitened out & caught up. So I paid it. Then I was told I would have to pay the first $375.00 of my yearly costs out of pocket and the $640 I already paid would not count as my buy in amount. So instead of my usual $12.00 co pay I got ripped by United Health Care & Optum RX for more than $1000.00.

I am disabled & I'm on disability. They took my entire months income for January 2018. I filed all the papers to be reimbursed. Now United Health Care is refusing to reimburse my claim.

What kind of people rip the poor, the disabled.

I have developed an avid hatred for United Health.

They SUCK!!! They don't even rate 2 stars in my book.
