I am a provider and I need a PA for a patient, but the person helping me over the phone was super rude and rushed me through the entire process. And she was not clear at all and when I asked her to repeat something she starts yelling everything instead.
She did not ask if I needed anything else or if i had any other questions at the end either. You guys definitely need to hire some more professional, patient and kind people. I've never had such terrible phone service before Overall terrible experience with United healthcare.
I also don't understand why i need a minimum of 100 words to write a complaint about them either . This is overall very very ridiculous.
