United Healthcare Claim Review from Mount Laurel, New Jersey

Have been fighting with UHC to pay for my child's birth. They paid for her initial visit, but not the birth. I had to pre pay $3,900. I'm looking for a refund of $2,000 or so, because my deductible of $2,000 should have been met. They keep losing the claim and going back and forth with my dr. I've been in close contact with my Dr the while time, while she is trying to help me get the money we deserve. WANT TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION. NEVER GOING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
