United Healthcare - Games of delay and deny

Started health coverage with UHC 8/1/18 and as of 9/29/18 my husband is still waiting approval of his medications that he has been on since 2007. They have pulled every excuse of why it is not covered and only care about their profit. So after paying our expensive monthly premiums we are also forced to pay for his medications out of pocket at $917 for a 30 day supply. The greed of this company is what is wrong with our healthcare system.

I have never a any kind of trouble with you until today at about 2:00 pm on May 29th. I have never done this don't li8ke to. I talked to Tina about a bill i got from my Dr this is about the 4th time they have done it their not waiting for Medicaide to pay their part. She actied like it was my faulth and she didn' help me. Now when i go the 14th of June their going to want me to pay it. I don"t understand why she would't help sorry to complain i really like you.
